2010 Arabian Trilogy _____________________________________________________________ With having a few foals last season we had already decided that one purebred would go to this show, and as Shelby was already clipped to take her out again too. I think this may be the last time I take a baby to this show though. It is not worth clipping them just for one event! Their baby coats hadn't fully dropped and their coats didn't present well. Lanaryn Psymphony was extremely well behaved and placed 3rd in the weanling filly class. Braylea Centre Stage was a little more confident in herself and really showed her movement but also placed 3rd in the Derivative weanling filly class.

Just after the State Championships last year our beautiful Diva was
badly injured in a paddock accident. For a while we thought her
amazing show career was ended, but she has healed so quickly and is
fine. So as it is her last year as a junior I decided to give it
a go. She won the purebred 3yo filly class and also won Reserve
Champion purebred 3yo!!

Then it was our beautiful Mary's turn to impress, and impress she did!
She won the senior purebred mare class, Champion purebred
mare and then went on to win...... Supreme Senior Exhibit

All Arabian 2010 _____________________________________________________________ With attending the Nationals in Sydney the week before, it was a bit of a rush to get the horses ready for this years All Arabian!! On the purebred day we took our weanling filly Lanaryn American Beauty (Amy) and her Mum, Miss U.S.A. (Mary) Amy placed second and Reserve Champion purebred foal. Mary also placed second and Reserve Champion senior mare!! Taryn also showed Lanaryn Nazeerah (Nahla) for Kylie and she placed first in the 2yo filly class and won Champion Junior Filly!!! Congratulations Kylie!!
Lanaryn American Beauty (Lanaryn Love Shaque x Miss U.S.A.)
Miss U.S.A. (Born in the USA impUSA x Bluegrass Pristine) On Sunday we took our Anglo Filly Braylea Centre Stage (Shelby) and Silkwood Elysium (Punkie). Shelby was such a good girl for her first time being prepared for the showring, she hardly took her head out of the feedbin the whole time!! She won the weanling derivative filly class and placed Reserve Champion derivative foal. Punkie wasn't prepared as well as she should have been so didn't do as well this time placing 4th in her class. We were very happy with her though as we had a personal achievement of her showing without clinging to Taryn!

Australian Arabian Championships - Sydney 2010 _____________________________________________________________ We decided that as it had been 10 years since our last trip to the Nationals that a girls holiday was definitely in order! So.... Taryn, Carol, Sarah and Myself headed to Sydney for a week. The weather was fabulous and we had a great time being tourists. The show was fantastic and it was even better seeing so many WA exhibits that made the trek over! Congratulations to everyone that competed.
